System Innovators (SI), a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to partner with Washington’s sixth largest city, the City of Kent, to modernize payments and revenue management with the iNovah hub. The iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) system will replace the city’s existing cashiering solution, and provide the City of Kent with one central place to manage all payment channels and enterprise revenue activity.

The program’s ease of use by city staff and residents, along with its interoperability to key systems within the City, empowers a fully connected financial solution for the organization. The open application programming interface allows the city to integrate iNovah with other systems, helping the City realize its goal for one centralized hub for all revenue and reporting.

“The City of Kent will leverage the scalability and interfaces of iNovah to provide both front counter point of sale and online payment services to City residents, while also streamlining City staff processes,” stated Annette Pape, City of Kent IT Project Manager.
