San Diego County, California Selects System Innovators’ iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management Solution

System Innovators (SI), a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation, is pleased to announce that San Diego County, California has selected the iNovah Enterprise Revenue Management (ERM) solution along with its eCommerce capabilities. Home to over three million people, San Diego County is the fifth largest county in the United States. They join thirteen other California clients, including the City of San Jose, the City of Long Beach, and the City of Anaheim, in utilizing iNovah as their one source for the truth in enterprise revenue management.

iNovah will initially be implemented in four departments, including the San Diego County Department of Revenue and Recovery, the Office of Vital Records and Statistics, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors and the San Diego County Library. System Innovators’ unique configuration and integration capabilities will allow each department to use iNovah specific to their needs, with interfaces to their systems of records to support business processes. In the Office of Revenue and Recovery, the payment system will be seamlessly integrated with the current case and collection system to take restitution payments for the County, while the Library and Clerk of the Board of Supervisors will accept payments and fees across several locations.

The implementation of iNovah will greatly improve San Diego County’s customers' payment capabilities, providing more flexibility and ease of use for over-the-counter payments as well as online payments. The County will have added phone payment capabilities including the ability to accept payments over the phone, arrange payment plans and set up recurring payment plans for customers wishing to pay by bank account or credit card. With this solution, County customer service agents will also have the ability to take payments and set up payment plans at the counter, as well as scan and remotely deposit checks into their bank.
