Executive Vice President
A 15-year project management specialist, Executive Vice President Jeffrey Sumner has spent over 20 years in the information technology industry. Jeff’s experience includes coordinating cashiering, point-of-sale, kiosk and self-checkout solutions for government and utilities clients. Prior to joining System Innovators in 2006, Jeff managed large point-of-sale retail projects for IBM.
With a degree in electrical engineering technology, Jeff also completes ongoing project and leadership training courses. A huge sports fan, Jeff enjoys spending time with family and fishing. Jeff lives and works in Jacksonville, Florida.
Vice President of Professional Services
Vice President of Professional Services, Terry is a take-charge business leader
who leverages 16+ years of experience in the IT and Support space to
resourcefully manage the configuration, implementation and training of System
Innovators’ products and services.With
both an Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees, he specializes in
IT program management, global customer support, product development and
deployment, and business process transformation.
joining System Innovators in December 2016, Terry successfully managed several
large scale global source-to-pay projects for Fortune 100 companies as part of
IBM’s Business Process Organization and directed a global customer support
network spanning three continents, in more than a dozen languages, across
multiple product lines for an industry leading hosted procurement solutions
company.In his spare time,
enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and scuba diving.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing, International
Greg is responsible for System Innovators’ international sales and marketing teams, programs, associations, and partner channels. Prior to joining System Innovators, Greg was VP of Sales and General Manager for public sector divisions of The Active Network.
Greg’s operational and sales experience has been focused on the public sector technology market for the past 16 years. Greg has worked with customers at the local, state and federal levels of government in North America and internationally on transformative citizen-facing strategies for service improvement in the areas of CRM and case management, e-government initiatives, payments and revenue management, and self-funded programs.
Greg holds a B.Sc.(Eng.) and M.Sc. degrees in engineering from the University of Guelph in Ontario Canada. Greg enjoys getting outdoors with his family to camp, travel and play sports.
Vice President of Client Services
Karin Raudsep is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of software implementation and project management experience. She has previously worked for IBM and other technology businesses that focused on Retail POS and Collection software. Since joining System Innovators in 2007, Karin has successfully managed over 25 projects including enterprise projects for The City of Boston, Dakota County and Southern Company.
Karin has earned a Bachelor’s degree in sports management from West Virginia University and an MBA with a focus on technology management from University of Phoenix. An avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan, Karin spends her time away from the office on the golf course, at the beach and traveling.
Vice President of Research and Development
Bill Beard is a 31-year research and development veteran with 21 years of experience in software product development. A recent addition to the System Innovators team, Bill specializes in product and process development and team performance enhancement. Bill has previously worked in the IT management, disaster recovery, networking, and data collection fields.
Bill graduated summa cum laude from Cardinal Stitch University with a BS in business management. An outdoor enthusiast, Bill enjoys camping, boating, fishing and riding motorcycles. Bill lives in Jacksonville, Florida.
